March 18, 2020

The COVID-19 pandemic has forced us all to adjust our lives for the time being, and my campaign is no different. We have canceled or postponed all upcoming in-person campaign events, but we’re making the most of the circumstances. In case you missed my two previous messages about the pandemic, you can find the first message here and the second message here.

If you’re able to, there’s still plenty of opportunities for you to support my campaign while you’re practicing social distancing:

  1. Like & Follow my pages on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram! One of the best ways you can raise awareness about my campaign is by tagging my pages and sharing my posts on social media.
  2. Participate in a virtual phone bank, display a yard sign, or help us stuff envelopes! You can do all of these from the safety of your home – we’ll deliver materials to you or give you instructions online. Submit a form to sign-up to volunteer.
  3. Donate! I know that many people face difficult financial situations right now, so I ask for contributions only if you are comfortable doing so.

Please stay up-to-date with the most accurate information about the coronavirus from the World Health Organization, the CDC, and the Oregon Health Authority so that you stay safe and healthy.

Lastly, please consider helping others during this difficult time if you are able to by volunteering with the PDX COVID-19 Mutual Aid Network.

This is Our City, Our Future –– and, together, I know we can make it better.

Be safe and well,
